2012 Ford Focus Electric Review
Ford has started the project of electric cars since 2009 via the event the Frankfurt Motor Show, and has launched a series of prototype electric car-based models in the market. One of the show in 2009 is BEV with 134 hp electric motor powered and able to travel 161 km.
Focus Electric introduces new features and technologies – including a unique version of the MyFord Touch driver connect system especially for electric vehicles, a new value charging feature powered by Microsoft and a smartphone app called MyFord Mobile that helps plug-in owners control their vehicles remotely.

It is estimated that Ford would borrow key elements from BEV to embed in the Focus this electric. The difference if BEV battery using Lithium-Ion battery materials, the Focus will be using Lithium Polymer.
